Returns & Exchanges
Each item in the Worries About Robots pop-up shop is made to order through our print fulfillment partner. Because these items are produced specifically for each order, all sales are final except where there is a print or fulfillment error.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, change of mind, color preference, or ordinary variations in garment, paper, screen, or print appearance.
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered because of a fulfillment error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement of the same item or, if replacement is not available, a refund to the original payment method.
Please do not send any item back unless we ask you to do so.
Worries About Robots is itself an art project. Thank you for participating in this pop-up shop and for helping bring the gear and prints out into the world.
